| Ted is a nice guy. He lives in a nice house, on a nice street in a nice neighborhood. Ted also has alot of nice neighbors, who he likes. However one neighbor, a nice milf who lives in the house south of him, he likes better than all his other neighbors. Her name is Hunter.
